What CoachGVD does
Users can ask CoachGVD to find appointment details in their own email, extract appointment details from an uploaded screenshot or use details written directly in chat. CoachGVD then prepares a new Google Calendar event for that user.
Why CoachGVD requests Google Calendar data
When a user explicitly asks, CoachGVD reads existing Google Calendar events only to detect scheduling conflicts, creates a new event only for that request and can change only an existing event's displayed color when the user explicitly asks. CoachGVD does not change any other event details and does not delete events.
Privacy
Google Calendar data is used only to provide these user-requested calendar features. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.
